Mr. Jerry Lewis Manley

Father, we stretch our hands to thee, no other help we know, if you withdraw yourself from us, we have nowhere to go.  It is with sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia   31774 pause to announce the death and home going celebration for Mr. Jerry Lewis Manley of Mystic Georgia.  Born Sunday December 23, 1956, in Fitzgerald, Ben Hill County Georgia to the late Mrs. Amy Moss Manley and the late Mr. Wade Hampton Manley.  Mr. Manley received God's call to his eternal home on Thursday November 6, 2025, in Savannah Georgia.  He leaves to cherish his memories, his children: Mr. Adam and Mr. Jeffery Manley both of Seattle Washington.  His siblings: Bishop Warren and Mrs. Sharon Manley, Mr. Robert and Mrs. Carolyn Manley and Mr. Joseph Manley all of Fitzgerald Georgia. Mrs. Clara and Mr. Willie Lundy of Fort Mills, South Carolina, and Ms. Vernell Manley of Charlotte North Carolina.  Brother-in-law Mr. Willie Battle of Perry Georgia, and sister-in-law Mrs. Sevilla Manley of Southfield Michigan.  One Aunt Mrs. Gladys Smith of Rochester Hills, Michigan, and Two uncles, Mr. Sampson Moss and Mr. Willie Clarence Griggs of Detroit Michigan along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.  A home going celebration and committal service for Mr. Jerry Lewis Manley is planned for Saturday November 15, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. from the Evergreen City Cemetery, Benjamin Hill Drive Fitzgerald Georgia where his brother Bishop Warren Maney will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Mr. Manley will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla on Friday morning 11:00 until 6:00 p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements for Mr. Jerry Lewis Manley.
