Cleo OliverA charge to keep I have, a God to glorify.   And every dying soul to save, and fit it for the sky.  With sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia   31774, pause to announce the death and home going celebration for Mrs. Cleo Carver Oliver of Ocilla Georgia.    Mrs. Oliver is survived by her children:  Mr. Tony and Mrs. Jeanette Oliver of Fitzgerald, Georgia.  Mrs. Bennie Ruth Gomez of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Alicia and Mr. Eddie Brooks of Ocilla Georgia,  Mr. Roger and Mrs. Tammie Oliver of Douglas Georgia, Mr. Jerry and Mrs. Carolyn Oliver of Douglas Georgia, Mrs. Joann Collins of Tifton Georgia, Mrs. Linda and Mr. Emmitt O'Neal of Ocilla Georgia, and Mrs. Alice and Minister Bernard Dunlap of Douglas Georgia.  Siblings:  Mrs. Vennie Ree Holden of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Christell Debrow of North Carolina, Ms. Sharron Carver of Ocilla Georgia, Mr. Damon and Mrs. Irene Carver of Fitzgerald Georgia.  22 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A homegoing celebration for Mrs. Oliver is planned for Saturday December 12, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery, 301 East Valdosta Ave. in Ocilla.  Her pastor, Bishop W. F. Mobley will deliver the eulogy and the committal.  Mrs. Oliver will lie in state at the Davis funeral home Friday 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday morning 9;00 until 11:00.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to pray for the Carver and Oliver family.

Ms. Gloria Jean McCray

O may we all remember well, the night that death drew near.  We laid our garments by, upon our bed to rest.  So death will soon disrobe us all, of what we have processed.  Lord keep us safe this night, secure us from all our fears, may angels guard us while we sleep, till morning light appear.  With sincere sympathy, the Davis funeral home, 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia,   31774 pause to announce the death of Ms. Gloria Jean McCray of Brunswick Georgia.  Born July 4, 1964 in Ocilla Georgia to the late Mr. Joseph McCray and the late Mrs. Anna Martin McCray.  Ms. McCray received the lord's call from labor to reward, Monday November 16, 2020 in Brunswick Georgia.  She is survived by her partner: Mr. Walter Wilcox Sr.  Daughters:  Shatonnial McCray, Keianna McCray, Dazha Wilcox all of Burnswick, Georgia and Porsheia Burch of Dublin Georgia.  Sons: Diaudre Wilcox, Diaudrez Wilcox of Brunswick Georgia,. Dewayne Tucker of Valdosta Georgia, Tyler Wilcox of McRae Georgia, Mattheus Wilcox of Burnswick Georgia.  Siblings: Joseph McCray of Ocilla Georgia, Terry (Linda) McCray of Fort Lauderdale Florida,  Mary Ann Martin and Sandra McCray of Ocilla Georgia, Aunt: Mrs. Willie Mae Johnson of Ocilla Georgia along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Ms. Gloria Jean McCray is planned for Saturday November 28, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave. In Ocilla.  Rev. Melvin D. Harper III will deliver the eulogy and committal.  Ms. McCray will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla Friday afternoon 4:30 until 7:00p.m.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to lift the McCray family up in prayer.

Born October 24, 1938 in Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. O'Neal departed this life on Saturday afternoon, November 7, 2020 at Pruitt health care in Ocilla Georgia.  Mrs. O'Neal is survived by her son;  Mr. Timothy O'Neal of Savannah Georgia.  Siblings: Mr. Charlie Lee Jordan of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Neily and Mr. Edgar Anderson Jr. of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Larlene and Mr. Geroy Mingo of Tifton Georgia, Mr. Billy Jordan of Ocilla Georgia, and Mr. Cleveland and Mrs. Mary Jordan of Willacoohee Georgia.  Grandchildren:  Jordan O'Neal and Jaden O'Neal both of Savannah Georgia, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.  Home goings services for Mrs. Eva Mae Jordan is planned for Wednesday November 11, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ocilla city cemetery 301 East Valdosta Ave. Ocilla Georgia.  Her pastor Rev. George Vereen will deliver the Eulogy and committal.  Mrs. O'Neal will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Tuesday afternoon 2:00 until 6:30. and Wednesday morning 9:00 until 11:30.
