He made his final transition at his home in Ocilla Georgia surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday morning March 12, 2019.  He is survived by his siblings:  Ms. Patricia McAllister, Minister Barbara (Clarence) Robinson all of Douglas Georgia, Ms. Linda (Charles Robinson), of Ocilla,  Ms. Clara Jones of Savannah Georgia, Ms. Angela (Clifford) Searcy, Ms. Gloria Hall, Minister Willie Frank White, Mr. Eddie White, Mr. Henry Lee Hall, Mr. Donnell (Vera) Hall all of Ocilla Georgia.  Mr. Nathan Nesby of Atlanta Georgia.  Also a host of Nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.

Mr. Mickey Eady

Mr. Eady is survived by his children: Ms. Tyisha Brown of Americus Georgia, Ms. Tina Mathis of Ocilla Georgia and Mr. Marcus (Teresa) Eady of Atlanta Georgia.  Siblings: Ms. Leatha Ann Harris of Savannah Georgia, Ms. Katherine Harris, of Winston Salem N.C., Mrs. Addie Mae ( Minster Kevin) Young and Mr. Eddie (Gwendolyn) Harris all of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Cheryl Deberry of Charlotte N.C.  and Ms. Sylvia Riley of Vidalia Georgia.  Also a host of grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. 

Memorial services for Mr. Mickey Eady will be held on Saturday March 9, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. from the Davis funeral home chapel in Ocilla Georgia.  Eulogy will be delivered by his brother in law Minister Kevin Young.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia has charge of all arrangements.  Please continue to lift the family up in prayer

Mr. Charles Edwards

Charles EdwardsWith sadness and prayers in our hearts, the Davis funeral 301 North Oak street, Ocilla Georgia announces the death and home going celebration for Mr. Charles Edwards of Ocilla.  Mr. Edwards son of the late Mr. Albert Edwards and the late Mrs. Irene Edwards was born February 8, 1938 in Irwin county Lax Georgia.  Mr. Edward Departed this life on Tuesday February 26, 2019 at Pruitt Health Care center in Ocilla.  Mr. Edwards is survived by one son; Mr. Craig Hines of Fort Washington Maryland.  Two sisters: Mrs. Gwendolyn (David) Little of Ocilla Georgia, and Ms. Vivian Edwards of Atlanta Georgia, also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.  A home going celebration for Mr. Charles Edwards is planned for Saturday March 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from the Pleasant Grove 1st. Baptist church, 217 East 7th. Street Ocilla where the Rev. James C. Curtis serves as pastor.  His grandson, Rev. Antwone Yoe will deliver the eulogy.  Interment will follow in the Ocilla city cemetery.  Mr. Edwards will lie in state at the Davis funeral home in Ocilla, Friday morning 10:00 until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday morning at the church 10:00 until the funeral hour.  The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements. Please join us as we lift the Edwards family up in prayer.

With sincere sympathy, the Davis Funeral home, 301 North Oak Street Ocilla Georgia, announces the death and home going celebration for Mr. Rhubinell Middlebrooks of Ocilla Georgia.  Born March 11, 1932 in Ocilla Georgia to the Late Mr. Gilbert and Mrs. Blanch Middlebrooks.  Mr. Middlebrooks was called to rest in his heavenly home on Monday February 11, 2019 at the Pruitt Health care center in Ocilla Georgia.  He is survived by his siblings: Mr. Joe Middlebrooks of San Francisco California, Mrs. Willie Mae Anderson and Ms. Evelyn Harris both of Hattiesburg  Mississippi, Mrs. Glenda (Willie Fred) Walker and Ms. Darletha Merritt all of Ocilla Georgia.  Also a host of nieces, nephews cousins relatives and friends survives.
