Mr. Johnny Williams

The friends of the late Mr. Johnny Williams of Ocilla Georgia will regret to learn of his death on November 26, 2014 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.  Mr. Williams is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 46 years Mrs. Patrice Y. Thompson Williams of Ocilla, Children Mr. Jermaine A. Williams of Hinesville Georgia, Ms. Laundreia S. Williams of Jacksonville Fla., his mother, Mrs. Mary A. Young of Ocilla; his grandson, Mr. Tajae Henkins of Jacksonville Fla.  A brother Mr. Raymond (Deborah) Williams of Miami Fla. Nieces: Ms. Tammy Cohen, Ms. Nayoka Grady, nephew Mr. Brian Cohen and Mr. Gary Cohn Jr. all of Jacksonville Fla.  

Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Williams were held on Sunday November 30, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. from the Pleasant Grove 1st. Baptist Church 215 East 7th. Street of Ocilla, Georgia.  The pastor Rev. James Curtis officiated, interment followed in the Ocilla cemetery.  The Davis Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.

The friends and family of the late Mr. Willie B. Mack of Ocilla will regret to learn of his death at his home in Ocilla. Mr. Mack is survived by his wife Mrs. Gloria Mack of Ocilla. Their children ms. Tammie Bargaineer of Statesboro Georgia. Ms. Trina Lewis, Mr. Michael Darden, Mr. Chauncey Mack, all of Orlando Fla. Ms. Toya Mack, Mr. Carlton Holden, Ms. Gloria Richardson, Mr. Derrick Shelly, Mr. Carl Richardson Jr. All of Ocilla Georgia. Sisters Ms. Rose Mack, Ms. Lois Mack, Ms. Liz Mack, Ms. Hattie Pearl Mack, and Ms. Mickie Mack all of Orlando Fla. Brothers, Mr. Clarence Mack and Mr. Lewis Mack of Orlando Fla.

Mother Frances L. Johnson

The Family and friends of the late mother Frances L. Johnson of Ocilla will regret to learn of her death on Tuesday afternoon at the Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald Georgia.   Mother Johnson is survived by her children; Mrs. Brenda Cain, Willie Bob, Terry and Mark Johnson all of Ocilla.

Mrs. Bateman is survived by her Husband, Mr. Moses Batman of Abbeville, Brother Mr. William Dwight Jr. of Abbeville Georgia. Sister and brother-in-laws Mrs. Janet Walters,Mrs. Barbara Walters Mr. Willie Rose Batman, Miss. Ann Batman, Mr. Will Lee Batman, Mrs. Ella Mae Lockhart, Mr. Wiley Batman, Mr. William Batman, Mr. Terry Batman and Mr. Raymond Batman. A special niece Mrs. Michelle Jackson of Abbeville Georgia.

The family and friends of the late Mrs. Pansy Jean Merritt Bonner of Pecan Drive in Ocilla will regret to learn of her death on Sunday morning at the Tift Regional medical center in Tifton Georgia. Mrs. Bonner is Survived by her children, Willie Smith, Roy L. Bonner II and Eric Roberts. Brothers Mr. John L. Merritt Jr, Mr. Harold Merritt and Mr. Bobby Merritt. A special Niece Mrs. Keasher Buchanan.

Mr. Zant Hardy

Zant-HardyFuneral services for the late Mr. Zantelyterrio Antonia Dewayne Hardy also known as Zant Hardy will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church at 1922 Satilla Road in Wray, Georgia. Rev. Herbert Coney is the host pastor, Rev. Melvin D. Harper will officiate, minister Olivia Gooden will deliver the Eulogy. Interment will follow in the Ocilla Cemetery on Valdosta Ave, in Ocilla Georgia.

Mr. Hardy will lie in state at the Davis Funeral Home on Friday from 10:00am to 7:00 pm  The family will receive friends at the repass to be held at the Old Irwin County High School cafeteria after committal services.  The Davis Funeral Home of Ocilla has charge of the Arrangements.
