JoShondria Danyale SladeWith sincere sympathy the Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia announces the death and home going celebration for Mrs. Jo'Shondria Danyale Slade Banks of 2605 Love Ave. Tifton Georgia.  A Home going celebration for Mrs. Banks is planned for Saturday May 19, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. from the Beulah Hill family worship center, located at 321 Tifton Eldorado Road, Tifton Georgia where the Rev. L.C. Solomon serves as pastor.  Interment will follow in the Oakridge cemetery Tifton Georgia.  Mrs. Banks will lie in state at the Davis Funeral home 301 North Oak Street in Ocilla, Friday morning 11:30 until 5:30 p.m. and Saturday at the church 12:00 noon until the funeral hour. The Davis funeral home of Ocilla has charge of all arrangements.

Master Adrian Mitchell Jr.

Adrian Mitchell JrOn January 6, 2016 Adrian DeMarcus Mitchell Jr. arrived in this world to his parents Adrian Mitchell Sr. and Sydney Dean.  Affectionately he became known as "Tank".  Although Tank only lived here on this earth 2 years, he brought much joy and happiness to the lives of many.  
Tank enjoyed his toy cars, playing outside and eating chicken, and grapes.  He also enjoyed watching Paw Patrol and Minions, but most of all giving hugs and kisses.  Tank received his wings on Sunday April 15th 2018 a day his family and friends will never forget.  He will always be loved and truly missed.

A special friend Mr. Alfred Jackson of Ocilla. 

Mr. Herbert Wilcox Jr.

Herbert WilcoxWith sincere sympathy the Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia announces the death and home going  celebration for Mr. Herbert Wilcox Jr. of 606 East 10th Street Ocilla Georgia.  A devoted husband, father, brother uncle, cousin and friend, Mr. Wilcox was born February 12, 1949 in Coffee county Georgia to the late Mr. Herbert Wilcox Sr. and the late Mrs. Ollie Exum Wilcox.  Herbert aka "Buggie" was a true family provider and a friend to the community. On August 25th 1970  Buggie married the love of his life Mrs. Sandra L. Hardy Wilcox and enjoyed 48 wonderful years together. he received his education from the Irwin county public school system.

Today the Davis funeral home of Ocilla Georgia pause to announce the death and Home going services for Ms. Linda Marie Jones Dunlap of Sanford Florida, who passed into eternal rest on April 5, 2018 in Sanford Florida.  Born July 8, 1970.  Ms. Dunlap is the daughter of Mrs. Lela Mae Jones of Ocilla and the late Mr. Kenneth Hall of Ocilla.  She is survived by her children: Mr. Reggie Dunlap, Mr. Marcus (Evette) Dunlap and Mr. Frankie D. Dunlap all of Orlando Fla.  Mother: Mrs. Lela Mae Jones of Ocilla Georgia.  Stepfather Mr. Willie Charles Jones of Ocilla Georgia.  Sisters: Ms. Shon Jones,  Ms. Sarnia Barthell  and Ms. Kakatea Barthell all of Ocilla Georgia and Mrs. Neat Fleming Murray St. Augustine Fla.  Brothers:  Mr. Derrick Jones  of Sanford Fla. and Mr. Steve Williams of Ocilla Georgia.  Aunts:  Mrs. Betty Darden of Ocilla Georgia, Mrs. Bobbie Hall of Fitzgerald Georgia, Mrs. Elizabeth (Badger) Davis of Ocilla Georgia, Ms. Claudie Mae Darden of Sanford Fla. Mrs. Minnie Ruth Baker of Fitzgerald Georgia.  Uncles: Mr. Alfonso Fuller of Ocilla Georgia, Rev. Randy (Brenda) Shelly of Ocilla Georgia and Mr. Perry Hall of Ocilla Georgia.  Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins relatives and friends.
